The Crafty Beer Cellar Double Sided Event Cards

The Crafty Beer Cellar needed a practical event card to record bookings and ticket information in the venue. The design had to feel connected to the existing brand while giving staff clear fields that could be completed quickly by hand.

I created a double-sided system with a logo-led front using the familiar timber background and a functional reverse. The reverse separates the event name, date, ticket quantity, payment and signature into clearly labelled areas. Contact details remain visible at the bottom without reducing the writing space.

The finished card supports a simple booking workflow and gives customers a branded record of their event arrangements. Its layout is easy to use in the venue, while the front retains the personality and recognisable appearance of The Crafty Beer Cellar.
