Unique Ink Double Sided Appointment Card

Unique Ink required an appointment card that felt consistent with the tattoo studio’s existing identity while remaining useful for customers and staff. The card needed space for essential booking information without losing the character of the brand.

I created a double-sided layout that separates the visual introduction from the practical appointment details. The logo and distressed graphic treatment establish the studio’s style, while clearly labelled areas for the appointment date and deposit keep the reverse functional. Contact and social information are arranged so customers can find them quickly.

The final card works as both a booking reminder and a small branded touchpoint. It carries the studio identity beyond the appointment itself and presents the necessary information in a format that is straightforward to complete and retain.
